Because all of our products are custom-made to order — including artwork design, sizing, and materials — we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each piece is produced specifically for you and cannot be resold or repurposed.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
Order Accuracy & Approval Process
To minimize errors:

You will receive a proof/mockup for approval before production begins.

Production only starts once you confirm all artwork, sizes, and specifications.
This ensures that you’re fully satisfied with the design and details of your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. We’ll be happy to assess the issue and provide a solution, which may include a replacement if damage occurred during transit or if there was a production error.
